Their staff is easy to work with and they respond in a timely manner. After a couple edits I gave a approval for the bobble head to be made. When it arrived we were very satisfied. The artist that did our did a remarkable job capturing the likeness of our furry friend. It was a gift for my wife and she loves it ! Next year we will have one made for our other dog. Very happy with this adorable bobblehead!! Overall extremely happy with the process, communication and final product. I would say it took a bit longer than expected, but it was worth it.
