Felt Crafting Tools
1. Felting Needles

Felting needles come in various thicknesses: coarse, medium, and fine.
- Coarse needles carry more wool and are great for the early stages of shaping loose wool.

- Fine needles are ideal for refining details later on.

There are also different needle shapes like twist needles, star needles, and reverse barbed needles, which can be used with handles.

Common needle handle types include:
- 8-needle wood handles

- 7-needle pens

- 3-needle pens

- Single-needle pens

The more needles, the larger the working area and the faster the felting process.

2. Felting Mat / Punching Surface
Nano walnut round brush(15cm in diameter, 2cm bristle height).

You can felt directly on the brush surface, and it gives a nice, even texture.

By flipping the piece and felting from both sides, the wool interlocks more tightly and evenly.

3. Support Boards
- Wooden Cross-Shaped Desk Calendar Stand / Book Stand
This makes it easy to adjust and work on the finer details of a felted cat.

The angle can be adjusted. Sticking the felt onto the book stand makes it extra stable and slip-proof.

- Wool Felt Pads (Round Discs)

These are super handy when working on small parts. They provide stable support and don’t wobble while felting.

- Doll Bases

These help fix the angle of your felt work. I recommend getting ones with sharper tips, which make it easier to secure the felt.

Especially useful when working on limbs or raised parts, as they keep things steady and in place.
